Lindsay Lohan admits alcohol use in Chinese tea

Lindsay Lohan is prohibited from consuming alcohol, but apparently that's not the tooth. According to news reports she admitted to his probation officer who has been drinking alcohol in fermented tea.

According to TMZ, one of the favorite drinks of Lindsay Lohan is the Kombucha tea, which the label has small amounts of alcohol, 0.5 percent or less. She was photographed, even with a bottle of tea, leaving a kind of alcohol education last year.

The man behind the Chinese tea, GT Dave, told TMZ last year that the product can help people to kick the bad habits, including alcohol, in order to restore healthy balance.
However, in the eyes of the court alcohol is alcohol. The infraction, however small it might be added to your probation report.
