Paris Hilton to Begin Community Service

Paris Hilton the 29-year-old socialite will likely serve the community work by devoting herself to animals. "Paris will most likely be doing her community service at a local animal shelter, or working with animals," the source said. Paris has also been reportedly warned by her friends and family "not to bring home the stray animals because she can't stand to see an animal in distress."

The source mentioned that Paris has been serious about helping the animals even though she hasn't started the community service yet. After learning that rabbits are used to feed snake, the hotel heiress was said rescuing "some rabbits from a pet store that were going to end up as food for snakes. Paris would love to work to end this."

Paris recently visited sick kids at The Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, in a bid to put her cocaine arrest behind her. On her Twitter page, Paris also revealed her plan "to do art" with the children this week. On her hospital visit, the source commented, "Paris gets so much from the time she spends with the children. Paris has such admiration for the brave parents that are dealing with so much."

Paris Hilton formally entered the guilty plea to one drug-related misdemeanor on September 20. She also pleaded guilty to one charge of lying to a police officer as following her August arrest, she claimed the purse, in which police officers found the cocaine, was not hers and said that she first thought the substance was gum.

Lindsay Lohan: 'I'm Of Sound Mind”

Lindsay's lawyers filed a motion  to dismiss a lawsuit filed by White Wave International Labs. According to the federal suit, White Wave claims a company called Lorit stole its "secret formula" for a spray tanning product.  Lindsay, who was a spokesperson for Lorit, was also named as a defendant in the suit filed in a Tampa, Florida federal court.

In her motion to dismiss, Lindsay submitted a declaration in which she says, "Although I have been a spokesperson for Lorit, LLC, and its Sevin Nyne product, I had no involvement in where or how the Sevin Nyne product is marketed and sold or in the marketing strategy for the product."

Lindsay's lawyers also want the case dismissed on grounds the Florida court has no jurisdiction over LiLo. In her declaration, Lindsay says, "Although I occasionally visit Florida for pleasure, I have never had any acting jobs in Florida ... "

Lindsay also says, "I am of sound mind."  Discuss amongst yourselves.

Britney Spears Is On “Glee” - Video

Britney Spears' long-anticipated "Glee" episode debuts on Tuesday night). And the cast of the Fox hit promises that the show will live up to its high expectations.

"People that love this show or even like this show, they're going to love this episode," John Stamos teased in an interview posted online. "I don't feel like Britney stole my thunder ... maybe a little. Well, it's her show. [The episode is] called 'Britney/Brittany.' "

Stamos plays a key role in the episode. His character, Dr. Carl Howell, gives Brittany (Heather Morris) and Santana (Naya Rivera) the anesthesia that prompts their trippy ride through the singer's hit-filled catalog. Morris noted that Britney and Brittany will also throw down on the dance floor: "They're going to dance together," she said of her character and the pop star.

Paris Hilton to plead guilty in Vegas

Paris Hilton will not do any jail time following her arrest for drug possession last month in Las Vegas.
Clark County District Attorney David Roger says Hilton, 29, will plead guilty Monday to drug possession and obstructing an officer in Las Vegas Justice Court under the terms of a plea deal. She originally faced a felony cocaine possession charge.

Hilton will serve a year of unsupervised probation and complete a drug abuse program under the plea agreement.

Lindsay with Hoping to Save Her Job

Lindsay Lohan  was spotted on her way to AA a day after she admitted to failing multiple drug tests. Of her failed drug test, she tweeted, "This was certainly a setback for me, but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences."

Friends say she knows how much trouble she's in and is just now starting to take her probation seriously. Just now? Guess time behind bars and mandatory rehab was a just a joke to her.

Lucky for her she still has a job waiting for her if the judge decides to send her back to jail for violating her probation. The producer behind her new movie Inferno says he's going to stand by her and offer his support.

"The only producers in question would be Jordan Gertner or myself, and we are not expressing irritation, nor ' beyond irritated' to anyone – that is not to say we would not be upset over a breach of the court by Lindsay that has affected her personally, or the potential production schedule or location of the production significantly," producer Chris Hanley tells People.

He added, "We are way not happy to not be making this movie this year as planned, and if the ability to shoot in a film incentive program state is not available due to travel limitation placed on Lindsay, that would be a concern, but that cannot be addressed until it is known."

At this point it’s safe to say we're all sick of Lindsay and her irresponsible behavior. She has so much potential but is throwing her life away for a few parties. Get it together Linds, everyone’s loves a comeback.

Britney Spears acts the September 28 in "Glee"

Britney Spears of the music “Glee”next week, and the singer will make a cameo appearance.

The plot: The glee club campaigns to perform the Spears music over the objections of Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison), who favors adult contemporary.

But, of course, there’s more. The singers find out that Brittany (Heather Morris) has a tie to Spears. And Emma’s new love, Dr. Carl (John Stamos), meets Mr. Schuester.

In a statement, Spears said: “Working on ‘Glee’ was an amazing experience. The cast is so talented, and I really had an incredible time working with [creator/executive producer] Ryan Murphy.”

The Fox musical/comedy starts its second season at 8 p.m. Tuesday on WOFL-Ch. 35. The episode introduces Chord Overstreet as Sam Evans, features Charice as Sunshine Corazon and pits Sue (Emmy winner Jane Lynch) against football coach Beiste (Dot Marie Jones).

Paris Hilton has had it with the paparazzi. Paris took off to Maui with her boyfriend, Cy Waits, for some down time after getting arrested in Las Vegas recently. Unfortunately for Hilton, her down time is turning into more of a headache.

Paris Hilton tweeted on her official Twitter page: "The paparazzi have been out of control in maui. We had to call the cops because they have been trespassing on 10:11 PM Sep 8th via ÜberTwitter

Lindsay Lohan wasn't reported in any front rows this past weekend, but she has been making the rounds. On Saturday afternoon, Kim Kardashian tweeted that she spent the day shopping with the jailbird. And later that night, an insider tells us the Long Island native dined at The Lion with "four or five friends, upstairs in the private room so no one could see her."

She capped it off at the Standard's Boom Boom Room, where she held court until after 2 a.m. with a group of gal pals.

Britney Spears' ex-husband, loses 25 pounds

Britney Spears ex-hubby has lost 25 pounds in his quest to get his dancer body back, People.com reported.

Kevin Federline is "working on getting back into top shape," his rep Marilyn Lopez said.

He had previously blamed the weight gain on depression, following his divorce from Spears, with whom he has two young sons.

Federline, who once topped the scales at 240 pounds, is looking forward to working again.

"He can't wait to start acting and dancing again and going on auditions next year," Lopez said.

But he's not losing weight to get women. His relationship is going strong with former college volleyball star Victoria Prince.

"Kevin and Victoria are really doing great," said one of Federline's friends, who added that he and former flame Spears are working together to raise their children.

"Although he and Britney don't talk much, they are co-parenting as best they can [and] working together to make the best decisions for their boys," the friend added.

 

Former Bodyguard Suing Britney Spears

According to Fernando Flores, Britney Spears would walk around naked in front of him and call him to her room where she would be lying naked on her bed running her hands all over her body.

He alleges that Spears, 29, came onto him numerous times and got mad when he did not want anything to do with her.

He says, “Britney was a nightmare to work for. All the security guards lived in fear of her. And she seemed to see me as just a sex plaything.”

Many men would be honored to be a play thing for Britney but according to Fernando he wanted no part of her.

He is suing for an unspecified amount of money for sexual harassment as well as for emotional distress.

Lindsay Lohan Makes Fun of Her Troubles During VMAs

Lindsay Lohan is in denial that she has any type of alcohol or other drug-related problem.

But judging by her pre-taped skit during the MTV VMA Awards on Sunday night, is it possible that the troubled actress is finally starting to see that maybe – just maybe – it wasn’t so ludicrous that she was sentenced to a stint in jail and rehab for violating the terms of her 2007 DUI probation?

Dressed oh-so-innocently in pink, Lohan asked host Chelsea Handler why her SCRAM device was going off, to which Handler gave the weak response “That just means my table’s ready at the Cheesecake Factory.”

(Hmmm… do the funny excuses sound familiar?)

Lohan was able to metaphorically give herself a bit of a beating by slapping Handler around and screaming, “Do you think anyone wants to work with a drunk? Take it from me, they don’t… Wake up Handler! Pull it together!  You're late! [for the show]."

Who knows, perhaps Lohan will actually apply some of her own words of wisdom.

Kind of coincidentally, it was the MTV Movie Awards in June where Lindsay set off her own ankle bracelet.

Lindsay Lohan: Talks to appear on 'Oprah'

Lindsay Lohan is in talks to appear on the final season of “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” celebrity website RadarOnline.

Although the deal has yet to be finalized, the talks between the troubled "Mean Girls" actress and the U.S. talk show queen’s team were "looking very good," the website reported, citing a source.

"Things are heating up in a good way. Definitely some good conversations. We're crossing our fingers it works out for Oprah's last season," the source said.

While she went to Hawaii to get out of the hot media spotlight following her recent arrest, the heiress said she had no such luck, as she complained on Twitter about the presence of shutterbugs on the island.

Britney Spears Sued For Sexual Harassment

The Singer Britney Spears is no stranger to dressing provocatively and using sexuality to her advantage, but it's possible that doing so has gotten her into some hot water. On Wednesday (September 8), a former bodyguard of Spears' filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the singer, claiming she repeatedly made unwanted sexual advances toward him.

The bodyguard in question, Fernando Flores, was hired by Spears in February 2010 to work at her home in Calabasas, California. According to the suit (which was posted to TMZ), Flores claims Spears "made repeated unwanted sexual advances, summoning Plaintiff to her room at her residence for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked or near naked body to Plaintiff."

The suit also accuses Spears of engaging in "numerous sexual acts in front of Plaintiff, including but not limited to having sexual intercourse" and also says he was regularly mocked whenever he complained about the singer's actions.

Perhaps the most damning material in the suit accuses Spears of child abuse. Flores alleges that Spears had sex and engaged in violent arguments in front of her two young children, both of whom were often watched by Flores. The suit wraps up with a description of an incident wherein Spears berated Flores because a drink she wanted at a movie theater was not available.

Though a dollar amount isn't named in the suit, Flores is seeking damages based around the sexual harassment incidents and for "intentional infliction of emotional distress."

According to Billboard, Spears' lawyer declined to comment on the lawsuit. Sources told TMZ that Flores' previous accusations of child abuse (including an incident where Spears allegedly whipped one of her sons with a belt) was declared without merit by the Department of Children and Family Services.

Paris wore a long, cleavage baring leopard print maxi dress while Cy showed off his body in a black wife beater tank.

 

The pair seemed oblivious to pending charges for both DUI and felony cocaine possession.  Paris even posed for pictures with fans.
