Britney Spears Meets Boyfriend's Parents

Britney Spears spent last weekend meeting her boyfriend's parents - the singer took her prospective in-laws on a shopping trip and treated them to a fancy dinner in Los Angeles.

The pop superstar has been dating her agent, Jason Trawick, since early 2009 and he recently resigned from his job representing the singer to concentrate on their romance.

Trawick took their relationship to the next level on Friday by flying his parents into Los Angeles to spend time getting to know his famous girlfriend.

The couple enjoyed dinner with Trawick's parents at his home in Brentwood, California on Friday evening, which was followed by a shopping trip in Calabasas on Saturday and a meal at L.A.'s swanky Mondrian Hotel that later night, according to America's Ok! magazine.

Wow !   Britney Spears gave the world a sneak peak at her new perfume ad for her newest fragrance, Radiance, via her Twitter account.“Just got the imaging for my new fragrance Radiance and thought I’d share it with all my tweethearts,” the singer writes. The floral fragrance from Elizabeth Arden is scheduled to hit counters in September.

 

Paris Hilton doesn't want to date famous men

 

Paris Hilton admits she finds it difficult to date someone in the public eye and is looking for a more low-key romance next time.

She said: "It's really hard in my position just being in a relationship, because so much goes along with it.

"The media are constantly making up stories and it's just hard to know if you can trust a guy who has fame.

"I'd rather be with someone who's not in the public eye - I think it just makes it easier, and I don't know there's so much that comes along with it. I'd rather be with someone who's not in this world."

Despite her single status, the 29-year-old star says she is happier than ever as she has had more quality time to spend on herself and with her loved ones.

She added in an interview with heat magazine: "I'm so happy right now. I'm spending time with my girlfriends and my sister and my family and just really getting to know myself. I've always had a boyfriend, so right now it's really important for me just to focus on me and my life and not really put all that energy into someone else.

"I'm having the time of my life - I didn't know I could be this happy."

The star of the reality series Alexis Neiers"Pretty Wild," opened up about her jail experience with Lindsay Lohan.

Neiers, who was behind bars 30 days for burglarizing Orlando Bloom's house, claims Lindsay was a wreck at the Century Regional Correctional Facility.

The "Pretty Wild" starlet, who shared a cell block with Lohan, told E! News: "Crying. She (Lindsay) was crying...I could hear her."

Wreck or not, one thing is for sure: Lindsay has been receiving special treatment since she was sent to the slammer!

"I mean, she got to keep her extensions in and everything, which most people don't, and the girls were like, 'Ah, they had to take my weave out and cut it all out and,' you know, stuff like that," revealed.

Paris Hilton: Under fire over Nazi salute

 

Paris Hilton this time the hotel heiress has come under fire for pulling a Heil Hitler pose while partying aboard a yacht.

The reality TV star was pictured wearing a military-style hat and appeared to be pointing her hand upwards in a Nazi salute.

But a spokesman for the American socialite insisted that she was merely dancing and scratching her face at the same time, reported Daily Mail online.

While not illegal, the pose is considered offensive and insensitive especially towards the Jewish community which suffered under the German dictator's regime.

"The hat was not a communist hat, it's a military style hat from a club. Half of her family is Jewish and many of her friends are as well," said Hilton's spokesperson.

Britney Spears meets boyfriend Parents

 

 

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have been romantically linked since last summer.  However, the couple (who are already fending off engagement rumors) was spotted taking a smaller next step in their relationship: meeting the parents!

Britney dined with Jason and his Mom and Dad at Grafton on Sunset Hotel’s Olive Kitchen and Bar before heading to a show at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles.

Sources say that the double date appeared to be a success, as the couples dined on meatballs and margarita pizza, adding that Britney seemed to enjoy her time with Jason’s folks.

“She seemed to fit in very well with his family,” the source told People.com. “She seemed very comfortable.  She was very warm to them.”

I’m pleased to report that Britney (pictured) looked pretty good too – for Britney – let’s not get too excited.  The boots, hat and dress are alright individually, but I’m not sure I like them together.  Still, she seemed to take the time to clean herself up for her evening with Jason and his parents.

Lindsay Lohan: Making Friends’ In Jail

 

Linday Lohan who started her sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, last Tuesday has reportedly 'grown close' to her peers in prison after settling in.

Despite reports she was being 'taunted' by fellow prisoners, her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told USmagazine.com: "She is doing fine. She has made some friends."

Regardless of LiLo 'making friends' in jail, she could only serve 9 days of her original 90-day sentence she was given for breaching terms of her probation for a DUI offence back in 2007.

Holley refused to confirm when the actress would be released stating: "I would like to ensure that she has received all the time credits to which she is entitled [from her previous time in custody]. I am hopeful that her sentence will be reduced once those credits are properly factored in."

He added: "We are not asking for special treatment from the court or the sheriff, nor is she receiving special treatment."

A prisoner from the jail where Lindsay is behind bars said recently that: "Lindsay was crying when she came in. She was handcuffed but seemed calm. We all started saying, 'God bless you Lindsay,' and saying, 'Hi' to her and then she smiled at us."

Reports also suggest that Lohan's ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson visited her in prison at the end of last week.

Details about Britney Spears Episode “Glee”

 

"Glee" opened up to ET at Comic-Con 2010 about the highly anticipated Britney Spears episode, and FOX show creator Ryan Murphy revealed which cast member will embody the iconic pop star.

ET spoke with fan favorites Kevin McHale, Jenna Ushkowitz, Chris Colfer and Amber Riley who revealed what songs they'd like to sing on the Spears episode. Ushkowitz said she'd like to perform anything from the "Oops! I Did It Again" album, while Riley wanted to belt out the lyrics to "Stronger."

"I'd want to do 'Circus' and have a harness and fly around. ... I've thought about this," Colfer said of his ideal Spears performance.

A source told In Touch weekly magazine: “Mel has been talking to her a lot. They speak on the phone all the time, usually late at night.

“Mel was one of the only people who reached out to help Britney when she was at her lowest point, and she believes that demonstrates what a loving and wonderful man he is.

She wants people to give him a second chance – just like he gave her one when everyone else turned away.”

Speaking about lending 28-year-old Britney support, Gibson admitted he wanted to help her because he felt no one else wanted to step in.

Lindsay Lohan needs a Break

"She might just need a break to get grounded and just chill out for about 30 days and see where her life is. I think once she gets her mind cleared and ... if there are people around her that aren't saying, 'Hey, stop!' then she needs to get rid of them."
Trejo, a frequent go-to star for cousin Robert Rodriguez, stars in 'Machete,' due in September. He's also been down the jail route before, PEOPLE says. "[Lindsay] knows who to call when she needs help, and she knows who to call for the people around her that are staying clean. She got caught up, and now it's time to get uncaught."

The Associated Press reported earlier this week that Lohan's cell at the women's correctional facility in Lynwood, California, is 12-by-8 feet, and she will be separated from the other 1,800 prisoners. LiLo joins a list of famous females who've been housed in the same jail, including Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Khloe Kardashian and 'Lost' alum (and another 'Machete' costar) Michelle Rodriguez.

Ronson and Lohan had a tumultuous relationship that often ended with papparazzi cameras catching Lindsay high as a kite sobbing on Ronson’s door-step at 4:00 AM like any decent ho would.

The “Toxic” songstress looked a bit mismatched as she strolled out of the Sherman Oaks Galleria sporting a tank top, khaki shorts, and leather studded boots.

In related news, Brit Brit has been cleared of all charges of child abuse that were levied against her by her former bodyguard Fernando Flores.

According to a report, the social worker assigned to the case found “absolutely no truth” in the claims made by Flores.

Lindsay Lohan headed to jail Tuesday, the image of her in the back of an unmarked cop car was déjá vu: Paris Hilton rode to court in a police cruiser in 2007 after a home confinement hiatus.

Both blonde starlets were photographed with their eyes closed eyes – but while Hilton was working the waterworks, Lohan appeared poised.

Paris Hilton has called a paparazzo “perv” because the photographer has clicked the lady sunbathing topless in Italy on a luxury boat. The 29year old hotel heiress is enjoying her summer with sister Nikki Hilton and a group of girlfriends getting sun-kised and jet-skiing in Europe.

The lady was seen in a series of photos wearing a strapless blue bikini and a white framed sunglass and then the sex-symbol was stripping her bikini top off. This has angered Paris and has tweeted that people should be aware of “perv paparazzi” they are hiding in fishing boats to click such pictures.

Well she does have a point but it was not paparazzi that have filmed her having sex with her then boyfriend Rick Solomon and it eventually made it to the internet. Nor the video of her boyfriend fondling her on a yacht were taken by paparazzi and it too made its way to the internet. It’s true there are many pervs lurking around but she herself is a bit unhinged where sex, pots and publicity are concerned.

Of late within a month she got detained for smoking or having weeds with her. Once in South Africa during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the other one was last Friday when the airport authority stopped her at the French island of Corsica. The authorities found cannabis on her hand bag. The lady in a way loves to be on the other side of the law and the norms of the society.

Nonetheless we hope she has all the fun she wants and the adventures with laws and life.
